A Whole Wide World...The Whole World Wide!

Okay, so I guess I'd better get with it, and make my start in the blogosphere! Thanks to my dear chum Robin, and her husband Christian for setting me up. (Sort of like they are helping a little old lady who has no clue how something as new-fangled as a blog actually works!)

So I was just flipping through this month's Ensign, and besides being happy that it is the Conference edition, I couldn't help but get excited over all of the photos. Sporadically throughout the magazine are photos of Saints from all over the world taking part in General Conference. I love the world wide aspect of this church!

Always a highlight when I travel is being able to attend the local LDS ward or branch. I get SO excited to go to church, and to feel the familiarity of the gospel, coupled with the unfamiliar cultures and faces. I love how the brotherhood and sisterhood extends past country borders and language barriers.

lah-ra,

i especially love when the speakers at general conference discuss chopped up one inch body parts... i was hoping you would have discussed this aspect of our faith!

p.s. you are not a little old lady! just remember to take your medication....
